The day starts early at 6:00 AM when I check my service schedule through our company tablet. After a quick coffee and gathering my diagnostic equipment, I head to the warehouse to stock my service van with common HVAC parts and components we might need for the day.
First Service Call
By 7:30 AM, I’m heading to our first appointment. Today’s schedule includes preventive maintenance checks, which are crucial for extending system life and ensuring optimal performance. I always take pride in explaining to homeowners how regular maintenance can save them money in the long run.
Afternoon Emergency Call
